DIY Rose Gold Marble Table

Hi everyone!
Today’s post is going to be a quick one about my DIY rose gold marble table.

Obviously I’m not a skilled table-maker so I had to buy the table as if was. Which was originally with gold legs, and was around £80ish from TKMaxx.

I then picked up a RoseGold Metallic spray paint for £9 from B&Q

Make sure you’re properly protected by the fumes, and remember that the can is extremely flammable and shouldn’t be used by / sold to anyone under 18 years of age!

We had to make sure that the marble was properly covered by masking tape and paper to ensure the paint didn’t touch the marble! As my dad said “Preparation my love. The most important part!”

Don’t forget to do the bottom of the table too!

After the first layer had dried, we added an extra layer to be super safe. And left it to dry for a couple of hours.

Once it was completely dry we carefully removed the papers and tape, and were left with a perfectly clean rosegold table!

Now it sits in my room, matches the rest of my RoseGold decor, and I use it mostly for taking blog pics!

Obviously you can get many different designs of tables and different coloured paints, so if you want to do something like this then definitely give it a go!

HOWEVER, if you’re under the age of 18 then it’s probably best that you ask for an adult’s help as most shops won’t sell spray paints to anyone under that age and you don’t want to make a mess.

I’m 20 and probably couldn’t have done it without my dads help!

If you’d like to see any future DIY blogs then please do let me know!

Best wishes ~ Becca x
